Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Muddle the raspberries in the bottom of a shaker.
  3. Add the gin, egg white and lemon juice, then fill the shaker with ice and shake.
  4. Fine strain into the chilled coupe.
  5. Garnish with a dehydrated apple slice.
