Instructions

  1. Fill a rocks glass with crushed ice.
  2. Pour the dark rum, Campari, pineapple juice, lime juice and simple syrup into a shaker.
  3. Add ice and shake until cold.
  4. Strain into the glass of crushed ice.
  5. Garnish with a pineapple wedge, cut to look like plumage, and a Luxardo maraschino cherry.
