Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Muddle the Blackberries together with the Thyme Sprig in the bottom of a shaker.
  3. Add the Lemon Juice, Gin and Honey Water, then fill the shaker with ice.
  4. Shake well.
  5. Fine strain into the chilled coupe.
  6. Garnish with a Thyme sprig.
