Instructions

  1. Chill the rocks glass.
  2. Add the Scotch Whisky (Preferably Peaty), Scotch, Demerara Syrup, Vanilla Bitters and Saline Solution 4:1 to a mixing glass with ice.
  3. Stir until well chilled and slightly diluted.
  4. Strain into the rocks glass.
  5. Garnish with an orange zest twist.
