Schrage Muzik

0

Stir Rhum Agricole, Mezcal, Swedish Punsch, BéNéDictine with ice. Strain into a rocks glass.

The Schrage Muzik was crafted to celebrate Boston's bar icon Matt Schrage’s birthday. A devotee of rhum agricole and Scaffas—room-temperature drinks with bitters but no water—he inspired this potent concoction, named after a WWII weapon. Previously, I created another rhum Scaffa for him on the same occasion during the 2013 Women of the Wild West night in his Whiskey-Amaro series, featuring Madame Mustache.
