Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Muddle the cherry tomatoes in the bottom of a shaker until they are well broken down.
  3. Add the grenadine, white rum, St-Germain and lemon juice, then fill the shaker with ice.
  4. Shake until cold.
  5. Fine strain into the chilled coupe.
  6. Garnish with a lemon zest twist.
