Instructions

  1. Pour the simple syrup, Aperol, white wine, grapefruit juice and lemon juice into a shaker.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard until the outside is cold.
  3. Fill a highball glass with new ice.
  4. Pour the drink over the ice through a strainer.
  5. Add a splash of club soda and give it one slow stir to mix.
