Instructions

  1. Add the lemon juice, tequila blanco, crème de cassis and orange bitters to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake until well chilled.
  3. Fill a highball glass with ice and strain the drink into it.
  4. Top with ginger beer.
  5. Stir gently once or twice.
  6. Garnish with lemon and lime zest twists and serve with straws.
