Sarti Spritz
💧A pink Italian spritz built on Sarti Rosa — softer and more berry-forward than the classic Aperol version, with a long fizz of prosecco and a splash of soda to keep it dry.
Sarti Rosa is part of the wider Italian aperitivo family that includes Aperol, Campari and Select — bitter and aromatised liqueurs built around a long tradition of pre-dinner drinking in Veneto and Lombardy. The spritz format itself comes from Habsburg-era Venice, where Austrian soldiers wanted local white wines lengthened with sparkling water; the modern aperol-style spritz formula codified in the late 20th century. Sarti, with its pink colour and softer berry profile, is the natural switch when you want a spritz that drinks easier and reads less bitter.

AdInstructions
- Fill a large wine glass to the top with ice cubes.
- Pour in 30 ml Sarti Rosa.
- Top with 60 ml chilled prosecco (or any dry sparkling wine).
- Finish with a splash of soda water — about 30 ml — for length and a drier edge.
- Stir once with a bar spoon, just enough to combine.
- Garnish with a few fresh raspberries and a sprig of mint, or a thin orange wedge.
- Classic Italian spritz proportions are 3 parts wine, 2 parts liqueur, 1 part soda. Adjust to taste — more soda for a lighter aperitivo, less for a richer sip.
