Instructions

  1. Chill a mixing glass by adding ice
  2. Pour the gin and Parfait Amour over the ice
  3. Stir continuously for at least 30 seconds to chill and incorporate dilution — longer stirring increases the amount of water from melting ice for a softer result, while shorter stirring preserves more strength
  4. Strain into a coupe glass
