Shake Demerara Rum, Clairin (Vaval), CrèMe De Banane, Grenadine with ice. Strain into a coupe.

The Sans-Souci cocktail takes its name from the Sans-Souci Palace, constructed for King Henri I of Haiti near Cap-Haïtien in 1813. Known as the Versailles of the Caribbean, the palace suffered significant damage during an earthquake in 1843 and is now a UNESCO World Heritage site.
