Instructions

  1. Pour the blood orange juice, Campari, tequila blanco and Aperol into a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake hard until cold.
  3. Strain out the ice, then shake the drink again without ice, hard, until a froth forms.
  4. Pour into a highball glass filled with ice.
  5. Garnish with a blood orange wedge.
