- Chill a martini glass.
- Pour the chocolate liqueur, caramel vodka and cream into a shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup around the inside of the chilled glass.
- Strain the drink into the glass.
- Sprinkle toasted coconut flakes on top.
