- Stir the vodka, Kahlúa and amaretto with ice in a mixing glass.
- Strain into the ice-filled glass.
- Lightly whip the cream by shaking it in a sealed container until it thickens slightly.
- Pour the cream slowly over the drink so it floats on top.
- Finish with grated nutmeg.
