Instructions

  1. Add the lime juice, white rum, pimento dram liqueur, simple syrup and port wine to a chilled highball glass.
  2. Fill the glass two-thirds with crushed ice.
  3. Spin a swizzle stick (or a bar spoon) through the ice until the drink is mixed and cold.
  4. Pile on more crushed ice and work the drink through once more.
  5. Dash Angostura bitters over the top of the ice, crown with strings of lime zest and serve with straws.
