A shaken Irish whiskey drink with lemon juice, honey syrup, sweet vermouth and Cardamaro, honeyed and tart with an herbal, bittersweet depth. Created by John McElroy at Russell House Tavern in Cambridge, MA, in 2013 and served on the rocks.
