Sabotage

Stir Mezcal, Rhum Agricole, Yellow Chartreuse, Amaro Montenegro with ice. Strain into a rocks glass.

At a Calvados event at Equal Measure in Boston, beverage director Jackson Cannon shared an interesting anecdote. The night before, staff at neighboring Eastern Standard received a request for the Espionage cocktail from 2012 but couldn't recall the recipe. They turned to this blog and successfully recreated it. Inspired by that, I developed the Sabotage using mezcal and rhum agricole, which complemented each other nicely in my previous concoctions.
