Ingredients: 8 ml Simple Syrup; 45 ml Rum; 1 twst Orange Peel; 8 ml Scotch; 45 ml Dry Sherry

Created by Simon Difford at the Cabinet Room in London in 2008. Equal parts dry sherry and rum are stirred with a little Scotch and simple syrup, then finished with orange peel. Dry and nutty, with the Scotch in the background.
