Instructions

  1. Add the dark rum, orange juice, lime juice, simple syrup and egg white to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake well, then pour the drink back into the shaker through a strainer and leave the ice behind.
  3. Shake again without ice until the egg white turns foamy.
  4. Fine strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
  5. Garnish with an orange zest twist.
