Instructions

  1. Chill a highball glass.
  2. Add the Dark Rum, Lemon Juice, Sugar Syrup 'Rich' and Angostura Bitters to a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Strain into the highball glass over fresh ice.
  5. Top with Soda Water.
  6. Garnish with a skewered lemon slice wheel and a Luxardo Maraschino Cherry as a sail.
