Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Add the dark rum, amaro, lime juice, lemon juice, honey syrup and hot water to a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake hard until the shaker is cold.
  4. Strain into the chilled coupe.
  5. Garnish with a lemon zest twist.
