Instructions

  1. Chill a flute.
  2. Crush the strawberries in the bottom of a shaker.
  3. Add the crème de fraise and ice, then shake well.
  4. Pour through a fine strainer into the flute.
  5. Top with prosecco and give it one gentle stir.
  6. Garnish with a strawberry.
