Instructions

  1. Fill a shaker with plenty of ice.
  2. Add the mezcal, triple sec, grapefruit juice, lime juice, rosemary syrup and orange bitters.
  3. Shake until well chilled.
  4. Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
  5. Garnish with grapefruit or a sprig of rosemary.
