Instructions

  1. Mix cinnamon and sugar on a small plate, wet the rim of a cocktail glass and dip it in the mix. Chill the glass.
  2. Pour the spiced rum, triple sec, lemon juice, simple syrup and Galliano into a shaker.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard until the outside is cold.
  4. Strain through a fine strainer into the prepared glass.
  5. Express an orange zest twist over the drink, then discard it.
