Instructions

  1. Put the maraschino cherries in the bottom of a shaker and muddle them.
  2. Add the sage leaves and press them gently with the muddler to bruise them.
  3. Add the pineapple juice, cognac and sweet vermouth.
  4. Shake with ice, then pour through a fine strainer into a rocks glass filled with ice.
  5. Garnish with maraschino cherries and sage leaves.
