Instructions

  1. Pour Aperol into the bottom of your glass.
  2. Add a large ice cube.
  3. Combine the remaining ingredients in a shaker, shake well,
  4. then strain gently over the ice cube to keep the layers distinct.
  5. Finish by adding a slice of blood orange and a sprinkle of pink peppercorns as garnish.
