Bittersweet Aperol and grapefruit vodka meet pineapple and lemon juice, with egg white for a silky body and a few drops of orange blossom water over the floral parfait amour. Created by Jenn Peterson in 2013.

Jenn Peterson created Rimbaud's Right Hand in 2013 as a variation on Rimbaud's Left Hand. Grapefruit vodka and Parfait Amour take the place of the original's absinthe and Bénédictine.

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except the rose water in a dry shaker.
  2. Pack it with ice and shake vigorously.
  3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Finish by drizzling rose water over the top.
