Instructions

  1. Add 22 ml 1:1 Blackberry Syrup, 37 ml Black Sambuca, 15 ml Lemon Super Juice, 22 ml Dark Rum, and 1 Float Of Red Wine to a cocktail shaker without ice.
  2. Dry shake vigorously for about 10 seconds to emulsify.
  3. Add ice and shake again for another 10-15 seconds until well-chilled.
  4. Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  5. Garnish with aquafaba.
