Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass in the freezer.
  2. When ready, pour a dash of Absinthe into it, coat the inside evenly by swirling, then put the glass back in the freezer.
  3. Combine all other ingredients with ice and shake well.
  4. Strain over the chilled Absinthe in the frozen coupe glass.
