Jason Westplate created the Rhymer Reason after trying the raspberry limoncello from CelloVia, a Chicago company that had just marked its first anniversary with a range of micro-batch limoncellos. The drink combines it with ginger and rum.

Instructions

  1. Place the spirits, bitters, four raspberries, and lemon juice in a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously to chill thoroughly.
  3. Pour the mixture through a strainer into a martini glass.
  4. Float Cava on top and garnish with raspberries.
