Instructions

  1. Chill the rocks glass.
  2. Add the Gin, Citric Acid Solution, Rhubarb Sugar Syrup and Sweet Vermouth to a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake until well chilled.
  4. Double strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with a rhubarb strip pegged to the side of the glass.
