- Fill a shaker with ice and add the lime juice, vodka and rhubarb sugar syrup.
- Shake hard until the shaker is cold.
- Strain into a chilled highball glass packed with ice.
- Top with the gin and give it a gentle stir.
- Scatter some mint and a couple of raspberries over the top.
