Instructions

  1. Chill a rocks glass.
  2. Add gin, Manzanilla sherry, rhubarb syrup, lemon juice and saline solution to a shaker with ice.
  3. Shake hard until well chilled.
  4. Strain into the rocks glass over fresh ice.
  5. Garnish with a rhubarb ribbon.
