Instructions

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.
  2. Add the gin, Lillet Blanc, triple sec, grapefruit juice, simple syrup and absinthe.
  3. Shake hard until well chilled.
  4. Strain through a fine strainer into a coupe.
  5. Garnish with a grapefruit twist, singed first if you want a hint of smoke.
