Instructions

  1. Warm a small amount of wild elderberry jelly with some water in the microwave until it becomes a smooth syrup.
  2. Mix this with the remaining ingredients.
  3. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer.
  4. Pour it over ice in a rocks glass.
