Instructions

  1. Pour the elderflower cordial and lemon juice into a highball glass.
  2. Fill about halfway with crushed ice and add the cranberry juice.
  3. Stir vigorously with a bar spoon, lifting from the bottom, until everything is mixed and cold.
  4. Add more crushed ice to fill the glass.
  5. Top with lemonade.
  6. Stir briefly again to combine, and garnish with a lemon slice.
