- Cool a highball glass down with a few ice cubes.
- Pour the grenadine slowly into the glass so it settles at the bottom.
- Hold a bar spoon against the inside of the glass with its back facing up, and pour the blue curaçao over it so it floats on the grenadine.
- Pour the cream over the spoon in the same way, so it forms a top layer above the blue.
- Serve at once.
