A stirred, spirit-forward drink on the rocks where rye and cognac meet bitter Campari and Averna, with herbal Green Chartreuse and a little maraschino sweetness. A lemon twist finishes it.

Mathias Alsen created the Red Head at Brooms & Hatchets in Oslo in 2014, starting from the classic Red Hook as a variation.
