Instructions

  1. Muddle the raspberries in the base of a large shaker tin.
  2. Add ice, the vodka, Becherovka, lime juice, simple syrup, Angostura bitters and Budweiser Budvar.
  3. Throw the drink: pour it from a height back and forth between the two tins, four times in total.
  4. Strain into an ice-filled mug.
  5. Garnish with a lime zest twist.
