Instructions

Add 1 Barspoon of Fennel Seeds to Shaker and muddle to break them apart coarsely. Add; 40ml Patrón Silver 20ml Tio Pepe Fino Sherry 25ml Ginger Syrup 10ml Lemon Juice Shake with Ice until chilled. Add 50ml of Soda Water to the glass with ice. Double strain contents of shaker over the top.
