Stir Lemon, Sugar, Green Tea (Hot, From 1 Tbsp Tea), Batavia Arrack with ice. Strain into a rocks glass.

peel and juice

180 ml
240 ml
hot, from 1 Tbsp tea

Instructions

  1. Create oleo-saccharum: crush lemon zest and black sugar vigorously in a bowl to extract oils, cover it, and leave in a warm spot for an hour.
  2. Mix in the tea and stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
  3. Allow this mixture to cool down, then strain out the peel.
  4. Combine with the rest of the ingredients to yield approximately 25 ounces of punch.
  5. Pour through a strainer into a bottle and chill.
  6. Sprinkle nutmeg on top as garnish before serving.
