Inspired by the combination of Campari and Strega that worked well in the Count's Swizzle, I created a variation using Amontillado sherry to balance out the sweetness from Strega. This cocktail is based on the Kingston Negroni but with a twist. Named after Rachel Wall, the sole female pirate in New England and the final woman executed by hanging in Boston, this drink pays homage to her remarkable life.
