Instructions

  1. Add the tequila blanco, lime juice and cinnamon syrup to a shaker with just a few ice cubes.
  2. Shake hard and briefly.
  3. Strain into a highball glass.
  4. Top with club soda and add fresh ice.
  5. Pour the sweet vermouth gently over the top so it floats.
  6. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
