Instructions

  1. Prepare the rhubarb sugar base (instructions provided separately)
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake without ice to create a foamy layer from the egg white
  3. Fill the shaker with ice and continue shaking until the drink is properly chilled
  4. Strain into a coupe glass and crown with fresh rhubarb
