Instructions

  1. Chill a cocktail glass.
  2. Fill a shaker with ice and add the lemon juice, maraschino liqueur, gin and Lillet Blanc.
  3. Add the Giffard sugar cane syrup if you like it sweeter; a splash of cherry juice from the jar works too.
  4. Shake until the shaker is ice cold.
  5. Strain into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with a maraschino cherry resting at the bottom of the glass.
