Instructions

  1. Add the lime juice, mint sprigs, orange juice, lemon juice, egg white and grenadine to a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake hard, then strain the drink out of the shaker into the empty shaker tin and discard the ice.
  3. Shake again without ice until the egg white turns frothy.
  4. Fine strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
  5. Garnish with an orange slice.
