Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe glass.
  2. Add white rum, lemon juice, orange juice, grenadine and simple syrup to a shaker.
  3. Fill the shaker with crushed ice and shake hard.
  4. Strain into the chilled coupe.
  5. Top with champagne.
  6. Garnish with orange peel and a mint sprig.
