Instructions

  1. Chill a rocks glass.
  2. Pour the sweet vermouth, dry vermouth, gin, Palo Cortado sherry and Angostura bitters into a mixing glass and add plenty of ice.
  3. Stir until well chilled and slightly diluted.
  4. Strain into the chilled glass.
  5. Express an orange zest twist over the drink and use it as garnish.
