Instructions

  1. Chill a coupe.
  2. Fill a mixing glass with ice and add the rye whiskey, sweet vermouth, Bénédictine and Angostura Bitters.
  3. Stir until well chilled.
  4. Strain into the chilled coupe.
  5. Twist a lemon zest over the drink to release its oils, then discard it.
  6. Garnish with a Luxardo Maraschino cherry.
