The Poseidon served at Crevette in New York is quite different from the sweet blue ’tinis and fizzes floating around the internet with the same name. Strong, stirred and bitter, the riff on the mezcal Negroni mixes the agave spirit with rum, Cynar and Punt e Mes, while saline solution rounds the entire cocktail out.
